Then, write down something you can apply to your life.

Then, read what I wrote:

 - Historical — Jesus tells the parable of the vineyard and predicts his own torture and death, right before being asked by James and John for the two best seats in the Kingdom.

 - Doctrinal — God can do what He wants with His resources (regardless of whether we agree) because they are His resources (see verse 15).

 - Inspirational — I need to remember that I may not realize the full implications of what I am asking You (see verse 22).
