Want to read the Bible with me today? http://www.timhowey.com/2016/01/my-bible-reading-2016.html

First, ask God to see something you can apply to your life.

Then, read 2 Chronicles 20.

Then, write down something you can apply to your life.

Then, read what I wrote:

 - Historical — King Jehoshaphat leads his people Judah to pray and seek God because they didn’t have the power to defeat an invading army nor the knowledge of what to do about it (other than pray).

 - Doctrinal — Our battles are not “our” battles: “for the battle is not yours, but God’s” (verse 15).

 - Inspirational — I pray this about the things on my prayer list that I ask you for each day; it’s exactly how I feel: “O our God… we have no power against this great multitude… nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”
