Praying for Northern Iraq by Tim Howey | Mar 5, 2009 | Current Affairs | 1 comment Today, I'm praying for the K people of Northern Iraq. And for churches and individuals to commit themselves to praying like crazy for them. 1 Comment Tom on March 5, 2009 at 10:22 am Then let’s do something and have a time of prayer for them during service on Sunday and find time for us to come together as a body and pray. Take a Wednesday night and use it to call the body together to pray for this people group…children’s ministry could use that time as well. Already an established time for the week. Let’s send out a prayer card for people to carry with them…a book mark, sticker, visor clip for the car. Maybe posters around Grace and signage as you walk in. Remind us often and in many ways. I don’t know if that is “crazy” but it get’s the message across that this is a focus for what God has called Grace to do. Just some random thoughts.
