Tonight I’ll give you a flavor of various means of transportation we’ve experienced (or witnessed) on our trip. We have crashed in Houston International Airport during a layover. We have bumped along in one of the school buses that brought the El Salvador contingent.
We have witnessed people giving a lift to their fellow Christians. Every once in a great while we have seen a horse and buggy making its way through the city.
And tonight, six of our team members were dropped off at T.G.I. Friday’s for dinner and took a taxi for the few minute ride, instead of walking the fairly empty roads. From left to right, you can see Travis, Karissa, Krissann, Ann, Andy, and me.
Regardless, our goal is to have the opportunity to share our faith one-on-one through a translator from El Salvador. Here you see Janette kneeling down to share her faith in Christ with a young lady. You also see Karissa with a young shopkeeper, right after she led him through the prayer of salvation to receive Christ.
This has already been a life-changing experience in so many ways. Thanks for your continued prayers.
